/ABOUT SPIRIT
Of course, a gin cannot be missing in our assortment. There are hundreds, which is exactly why we wanted to create a gin with recognition value that is not already on every shelf. We want to reflect the urban, wild and fresh of our city, the cultural melting pot Berlin with all its facets. Despite its small number of 8 botanicals, comes inventive and deep. Carefully selected botanicals, fresh, even grown especially for us in Berlin, makes the difference. Fresh, yet strong and ethereal, intense notes of wild picked juniper, how could it be otherwise in a Berlin Dry Gin, pair with green notes of fresh coriander and Thai basil. Sweet spice is added to the gin by pink pepper berries as well as ginger and cardamom. The heart of every spirit is the base alcohol used, in our case a pure wheat spirit, which is one of the decisive factors for the quality of CONCRETE JUNGLE GIN. You will also recognize our multiple award-winning distillate in the glass, because in combination with soda or tonic it becomes cloudy due to the fancy essential oils, a visual distinction for the substantial use of qualitative botanicals. Even the 47% vol. are not noticeable on the tongue as sharpness, only the botanicals are pushed and carried by the high percentages. CHEERS!
