The Plaisir Nectar Cap Classique seduces with a tempting bouquet of ripe peach and a fine citrus blossom note. There are also subtle hints of honey and brioche, which round off the first impression perfectly.
"On the palate, the sparkling wine presents itself with a fine, creamy perlage and gentle roasted aromas. The Chardonnay (74%) provides fresh aromas of citrus fruits, stone fruit and tropical notes, while the two red grape varieties Pinot Noir (14%) and Pinot Meunier (12%) contribute delicious accents of sweet glazed red cherries. The finish is long-lasting and crisp.
The Plaisir Nectar Cap Classique underwent a second fermentation in the bottle and then matured on the lees for another two years. This elegant sparkling wine harmonizes perfectly with fresh seafood, creamy cheeses or lightly spiced Asian dishes. It is also highly recommended with fruity desserts or as an aperitif.
