More information about Salty Barbara Craft Beer Brand
Another successful cooperation of well-known producers AleBrowar and Podole Wielkie. After the success of the first batch of beer spirits, the time has come for the next round.
One of the three distillates this time is Salty Barbara beer spirit. Made from sour beer of the Gose type with the addition of rhubarb juice. This distillate combines notes of coriander, kefir and the light fruitiness of rhubarb. It is accompanied by a delicate wheat malt base. The taste is noticeably tart with a sweetness on the tongue that is characteristic of this style, due to the addition of salt. On the finish, you'll find a lot more rhubarb and a very pleasant, lemony aftertaste.
Perfect for fans of fancy drinks and collectors. Vintage bottle - a limited quantity of 325 bottles was created at the first bottling.

Podole Wielkie
The history of Podole Wielkie dates back to the 15th century. From the beginning of its existence until the Second World War, the estate belonged to German families. Then it was taken over by the state and a state farm was built in its place. With the change of political system, the current owners managed to lease the farm and buy it outright. The distillery on our farm has been in operation for more than 150 years. In the past it was one of many objects of this kind, which with their characteristic brick chimneys were an easily recognizable element of the rural landscape. Today, this is one of the few surviving agricultural distilleries. The history of this place obliges us and we are glad that we can continue the work of our predecessors.
