Mallorcan almond cake, also known as Mallorcan almond cake (gató), is a traditional cake of Mallorcan origin - baked with around 30% almonds.
Our recipe uses just a few selected ingredients: Eggs, wheat flour, almonds, sugar, raising agent and cinnamon. It has remained unchanged for decades and is carefully baked by Postres Tudurí in artisan quality, without additives or preservatives - cake by cake. Thanks to its fluffy texture and natural taste, it is perfect to enjoy on its own or with ice cream, especially almond ice cream.
