The Quoin Rock Black Series MCC is a fresh sparkling wine made from Chardonnay (52%) and Pinot Noir (48%), which combines aromas of tropical fruit, lemon zest and green apples with cookie notes. A crisp acidity and a fine perlage perfectly round off the Quoin Rock Black Series MCC experience. Enjoy this elegant sparkling wine, which was left on the lees for four years after the second fermentation and matured for a further six months in the bottle, on its own as an aperitif or with savory snacks or duck.
