More information about Rinquinquin a la Peche
Rinquinquin is a French aperitif from the Durance Valley in Provence, which is made from carefully selected peaches. Particularly aromatic varieties such as Cardinale, which has orange-red flesh, and Coronet, which is white-fleshed and sweet, are used for its production.
Rinquinquin is made using not only the peaches themselves, but also peach leaves, lemon essential oils, cane sugar and white wine. The diverse aromas are obtained by extraction, whereby the product is thoroughly filtered after maceration.
Its fruity aroma makes it wonderfully elegant and a very special aperitif.

The distillery has been under various owners for almost 80 years, including Henri Bardouin, a man with a passionate interest in plants and herbs. In 1974, Alain Robert and his team took over the management of the company, now known as Distilleries et Domaines de Provence. Some brands already existed at the beginning of the distillery, while others were launched later to meet the evolution of tastes and drinking habits.
