More information about Rinquinquin a la Peche
Rinquinquin is a French aperitif from the Durance Valley in Provence, made from carefully selected peaches. For its production are used particularly aromatic varieties such as Cardinale, which has an orange-red flesh, and Coronet, which comes white-fleshed and sweet.
Rinquinquin uses not only the peaches themselves, but also peach leaves, essential oils of lemon, cane sugar and white wine. The multiple flavors are obtained by extraction, and the product is thoroughly filtered after maceration.
Its fruity aroma makes it wonderfully elegant and a very special aperitif.
