More information about Rose Valley quince liqueur
Our quince liqueur is a wonderfully fruity blend of the finest quince brandy, pieces of fruit macerated in it and fresh quince juice. We use our quince brandy as the base. Carefully cleaned, pitted pieces of fruit are macerated in this. The high-proof macerate is then adjusted to drinking strength with direct quince juice and adjusted with sugar. The fruit used for this comes from our own cultivation and countless regional home gardens.

Processing:
The basic ingredient for the liqueur is our wonderful quince brandy. This is mixed with the fruit and macerated. The batch is filtered, adjusted to drinking strength with home-pressed quince juice and rounded off with a little sugar.

Application:
For dessert/ in dessert, to enjoy, spritzed with sparkling wine or Prosecco as an aperitif
