The basis of our Heimatliebe "Alte Hauspflaume" is a plum brandy made from hand-picked fruit from our orchards.
After distillation, fruit is added to the plum brandy for several months.
This creates a wonderfully fruity plum brandy.
Ingredients:
Plums from regional orchards and our own orchards
Processing:
The fully ripe fruit is hand-picked, pitted and gently cold-fermented. Fresh pitted plums are then added to the finished distillate.
Production:
Gentle double distillation, followed by maceration
Application:
As an aperitif & digestif, cake & dessert and for indulgence
