The basis of our Heimatliebe "Old House Plum" is a plum brandy from hand-picked fruit from our orchard.
After distillation, fruit is added to the plum brandy for several months.
This creates a wonderfully fruity plum brandy.
Ingredients:
Plums, from regional home gardens and our own orchard cultivation.
Processing:
The fully ripe fruits are hand-picked, pitted and gently cold fermented. Fresh pitted plums are added to the finished distillate at the end.
Production:
Gentle double distillation, followed by maceration.
Application:
As an aperitif & digestif, cake & dessert and to enjoy.
