The fruity soul of summer in a glass.
Our summer soul is a wonderfully fruity liqueur that will beguile your senses. For the production we use the fruits and berries collected throughout the summer from our own home garden. Among them are cherries, blackberries, gooseberries, raspberries, currants white red and black. We use our cherry brandy as the base alcohol.
Aroma:
Mild alcohol, low sugar, stunning fruity aromas, very round and full-bodied, opulent fruit beguiles nose and palate.
Ingredients:
Sweet and sour cherries, blackberries, gooseberries, raspberries, red and black currants, from our own cultivation.
Processing:
The basic ingredient for the liqueur is our wonderful sweet cherry brandy. This is mixed/ macerated with the fruit. The batch filtered to drinking strength and rounded off with little sugar.

Annually approx. 500 bottles
