Rose Valley berry liqueur "Summer soul"

The fruity soul of summer in a glass.

Our summer soul is a wonderfully fruity liqueur that will enchant your senses. We use fruit and berries from our own garden collected throughout the summer to make it. These include cherries, blackberries, gooseberries, raspberries, white, red and black currants. Our cherry brandy serves as the base alcohol.

Aroma:
Mild alcohol, low sugar, breathtaking fruity aromas, very round and full-bodied, opulent fruit beguiles the nose and palate

Ingredients:
Sweet and sour cherries, blackberries, gooseberries, raspberries, white red and black currants, from our own cultivation

Processing:
The basic ingredient for the liqueur is our wonderful sweet cherry brandy. This is mixed with the fruit and macerated. The base is filtered to drinking strength and rounded off with a little sugar.

Bottling quantity:
approx. 500 bottles per year

for dessert/ in dessert, for enjoyment
