Botanical product, an alcohol-free alternative to bison grass-flavored vodka. It is made from selected bison grass leaves from the last remaining primeval forest using gentle, low-temperature ultrasonic maceration. This bison grass (Hierochloe odorata) sets it apart from other vodka brands.
Although its taste is difficult to compare, it is easy to describe: very pleasant.
Apple juice and bison grass vodka complement each other perfectly in a non-alcoholic cocktail called "Szarlotka" (apple pie), but the serving options are many. It can be drunk neat, with mint, sour lemon or - when you're ready - with sea buckthorn.
