The Botanical Ginger Liqueur GOLDEN BAY was developed to prepare non-alcoholic long drinks - so-called mocktails - but can also be enjoyed simply with water and ice. It is made from cold-pressed organic ginger, apple and lemon juice and refined with blossom honey. The product contains no water, sugar, artificial sweeteners or preservatives and is 100% gluten-free and GMO-free.
The shelf life of 12 months only applies to the unopened bottle, which can be stored at room temperature. Once opened, the liqueur should be kept in the fridge and consumed within 14 days. One 500 ml bottle is enough to make around 10 delicious long drinks.
Golden Bay ginger liqueur tastes best chilled or on ice. If it is too intense, it can be diluted with water. This liqueur is ideal as a base for mocktails and its sharpness and spiciness give them the character of alcoholic cocktails. A great alternative for a non-alcoholic evening.
The main ingredients - ginger, lemon and apple juice - have strong antioxidant properties and make the mocktails not only tasty but also beneficial to health.
Enjoy chilled or on ice. Shake well before use.
