Since 2004, Guillermo Schedler and Roland Barics have been two experts who turned their passion for beverages into a success and founded Mixkultur Destillerie GmbH in the heart of Munich. For them, the highest quality and regional products are paramount. Guillermo Schedler learned the gastronomic field from scratch, starting as a runner at Kunstpark Ost in 1996 and moving on to his own events in Munich clubs after various stints as a bartender and operations manager. In 2007 he started as sales manager at Lucky Strike and 2 years later at the world's largest spirits company Diageo. He asked himself, "What should I do with all my experience in the spirits industry?" and smilingly gives the answers, "Clearly: make my own liquor and conquer the world."
