More information about Rye Wine
Symbioses are magical connections that occur in nature between living beings of very different species Both parties benefit from each other and each gives what it can give Such partnerships can be found, for example, between bees and flowers: the industrious insects pollinate the plant and in return receive nectar, which they need as food:Because brewers like to be inspired by nature and its wonders, symbioses have naturally also found their way into the brewing business For example, the principle of cuckoo brewing corresponds to this concept Large breweries make it easier for young brewers to enter the industry, while the newcomers in return fill unused capacities and bring a breath of fresh air into the hallowed halls And collaborations are also symbiotic
The capital city brewery BRLO has teamed up with the STORK CLUB whiskey distillery for a very special project The brewers needed wooden barrels to mature their rye beer, which the distillery was happy to provide After storage, the brewery returned the barrels and they were filled with fine whiskey This resulted in a beer with wonderful whiskey notes and a whiskey that was enriched with fine beer flavors Win-win!
BRLO's Rye Wine brings a full 10.0% alcohol into the glass and is a sinful seduction of creamy malt, toffee, butterscotch and candied red fruits A feast for all the senses!
