More information about Fürst Carl Urhell 0.33l
The Urhell from Fürst Carl is a variation of their popular pilsner: it is produced in the original pilsner brewing style and delights with a subtly balanced aroma and a great hop kick
The hops for this and all other beers from Schlossbrauerei Ellingen come from the brewery's own cultivation This enables the brewery to guarantee the excellent quality of the raw material and also avoids long transportation routes Win-win The two hop varieties Mittelfrueh and Gold are used for Urhell and processed into a crisp beer in a long, gentle brewing process
The beer presents itself in a light golden hue in the glass and carries a stately crown of snow-white foam on its glossy fine body, The aroma of creamy blossom honey and freshly harvested hops rises from the frothy splendor and entices you to take your first sip This reveals a slender beer with a great balance of hops and malt Soft notes of spicy honey and subtly roasted malt caress the palate and form a solid basis for the hops This enriches the aroma with notes of tangy citrus fruits, which lend the beer both an elegant lightness and freshness A fine bitterness runs like a red thread through the drinking experience and increases in the finish to a brilliant finale that leaves you wanting more
