The name Singh comes from Indian and means lion. The lion is majestic, strong, passionate and determined. I stand for this way of brewing with my name, literally.
I do not compromise, especially when it comes to quality. If you want to brew good beer, you need the right raw materials. That's why these bottles contain only the best ingredients from the region. Brewed, of course, according to the German Purity Law.

As a microbrewery, we still have to really get to work, from milling to bottling, and we do it with passion. Whether it is the hop addition, the lifting of the Kräusen or the corking of the bottles.
Every brew is unique and hand-brewed by me. And you can taste that!
