The Spier Cap Classique Brut delights from the very first moment with its beautiful, light golden color and its fine perlage. The aromas of yellow apples, light citrus notes and cookie pamper the connoisseur's senses in the nose and on the palate. The cuvée of Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) also impresses with its balance. The refined sparkling wine was produced using the traditional method, underwent a second fermentation in the bottle and then spent another 20 months on the lees. Spier Cap Classique Brut is best enjoyed neat, as it is a wonderful aperitif for toasting on festive occasions. Salads or seafood are also a highly recommended combination with this elegant sparkling wine.
