Refined and spirited - that's the Spier Cap Classique Brut Rosé. The sparkling wine made from Pinot Noir grapes impresses in the glass with its powerful pink color and fine perlage. Aromas of ripe strawberries and cranberries provide a fruity fragrance, while notes of apples and honey pamper the palate. A long-lasting acidity and a beautiful minerality make the taste experience perfect. After the second fermentation in the bottle, the Spier Cap Classique spent another fourteen months on the lees. This versatile sparkling wine is best enjoyed on its own or with light seafood dishes. Smoked salmon or Asian dishes are also highly recommended with Spier Cap Classique Brut Rosé.
