The Spier Farmer Angus Organic Rosé shimmers a pale salmon pink in the glass. This silky, full-bodied rosé has a seductive aroma of strawberries and vanilla, accompanied by delicate notes of rose petals, apricots and candy floss.
"Juicy strawberry flavors dominate the palate, complemented by subtle hints of freshly ground coriander. The finish is wonderfully fresh.
The Shiraz grapes for this rosé come from a unique, carefully selected site and were cultivated according to the principles of organic cultivation. The wine is an expression of a sustainable terroir and true craftsmanship.
The Spier Farmer Angus Organic Rosé is ideal as an aperitif or with light dishes such as grilled vegetables, Mediterranean salads, goat's cheese or salmon. It is also a wonderful accompaniment to tapas or a summer picnic.
The Farmer Angus collection is a collaboration between Spier and Angus McIntosh, a passionate advocate of regenerative agriculture.
