The Steenberg Lady R Cap Classique presents itself in a light copper shade and wraps every sparkling wine lover around its finger from the very first moment with its aromatic bouquet. Nuances of lemons, quinces and raspberries are surrounded by roasted almonds and dried herbs. The cuvée of Pinot Noir (69%) and Chardonnay (37%) delights the palate with its creamy texture, fresh acidity and fine perlage. Nuances of stone fruit, apples and mineral notes make the enjoyment experience perfect. The elegant Steenberg Lady R Cap Classique underwent a second fermentation in the bottle and then spent 50 months on the lees. Enjoy the refined Cap Classique either on its own as an aperitif or with light dishes.
