The multi-faceted, characteristically spicy and at the same time citrusy-fresh taste of our The Calla 16 Premium Dry Gin is the result of decades of experience and our passion for the craft.
The 16 botanicals selected with love and care for The Calla 16 Premium Dry Gin - including lime and orange peel, cardamom, coriander, allspice, lavender and fennel - are also distilled several times in a small batch process together with the neutral alcohol. The calla flower that gives the gin its name is also used, which is why we call it a "calla infused" gin.
We devote attention and passion to every single distillation process, every maturation process and every aroma-preserving bottling, because we leave nothing to chance here either. Character simply takes time, patience and a great deal of experience. The maturation process of our The Calla 16 Premium Dry Gin takes at least two months after its multiple distillation. It is only during this valuable time that the flavor tinctures can develop their full aroma. The result: an incomparably fresh and spirited, spicy New Western Dry Gin with 44% vol. alc.
