Tilman's beers Pale Ale

An extremely cozy beer.

That's the motto Tilman had in mind when he developed his pale ale. But perhaps it's also a treacherous plan to implant an earworm in us that we'll never get rid of. You never know with the creative brewer Tilman. What we do know, however, is that every one of his beers is a hit.

Pale ale is all about the hops. It has its roots in 18th century England and is traditionally brewed with lots of hops. Of course, Tilman was not satisfied with imitating a classic beer style. So the creative brewer from Bavaria simply went one better. He based his Pale Ale on the American version of the beer style, which contains slightly more hops than the British version anyway. The special thing about the Pale Ale from Tilmans Biere is that the brewer uses a different hop variety for each brew. This allows Tilman to let off steam and his fans experience their hoppy wonder with every new batch of pale ale. To boost the fruitiness of the hops even further, Tilman also uses an American ale yeast strain. The result is a fruity beer that is pleasantly mild yet endlessly hoppy.
