More information about AboutQuell Easy Wheazy Session Wheat
Two Weizen are also a schnitzel - this age-old saying from Bavaria may apply to most wheat beers, but not to this one from the far north: The ÜberQuell brewery from Hamburg has brewed a session wheat beer that is light and fluffy. With an alcohol content of 3.4%, Easy Wheazy has the perfect number of revolutions for a relaxed summer beer and, thanks to the Australian Galaxy aroma hops, tastes absolutely stunning with tangy citrus fruits, tropical fruit and a great summer mood.
Easy Wheazy presents itself in the typical cloudy splendor of wheat in the glass and is the color of sun-kissed straw. An impressive amount of light, airy, snow-white foam crowns the beer and at the same time exudes a captivating aroma of hops: dewy citrus notes meet juicy orange and a whole range of exotic tropical fruit on the nose. A spicy hint of yeast and a fine note of freshly mown grass complete the bouquet and make you want to take your first sip. The first sip does not disappoint: orange, citrus zest, mango, papaya and pineapple explode on the tongue and celebrate an exuberant fruit party on the palate. A crisp, clean bitterness runs like a red thread through the drinking pleasure and provides the perfect contrast to the exuberant fruitiness. The yeast gives the beer its wonderfully creamy texture and also contributes a subtle spiciness.
Easy Wheazy is an incomparably light, summery wheat beer that tastes extremely full-bodied and rich in nuances despite its tame alcohol content.

But now Hamburg has a new attraction: Since 2017, you can find the small, creative microbrewery ÜberQuell Brauwerkstätten on St. Pauli. With handmade beer from real people for real people, pizza from the stone oven and a lot of heart and soul, the makers have been attracting countless beer fans ever since. A matter of the heart Even though the guys from St. Pauli have a reputation for being tough guys, there's one thing you can't write off from them: Passion. And that's what makes ÜberQuell a true highlight in Hamburg's culinary landscape. Axel Ohm and Patrick Rüther are the brilliant minds behind the project and the people who conceived and set up the microbrewery...
