The Crema is the cream liqueur variant of the popular Vanicello classicos. The Vanicello is in fact a liqueur developed in faraway Palermo and whose recipe is passed on exclusively within the "famiglia". This carefully produced specialty was previously reserved only for family members and close friends.
In the middle of Bremen, the Vanicello is produced by hand. Selected ingredients such as organic lemons and real vanilla beans with a hint of caramel provide the special taste.
