Product descriptions, specifications and images are provided with the greatest possible accuracy. Minor variations may occur due to natural production processes.

4. Prices

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown separately during checkout.

5. Order Process

By placing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The contract is concluded once the order confirmation is issued.

6. Payment

Accepted payment methods depend on the sales channel used (e.g. marketplace payment systems).
Payment must be completed before dispatch.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped from Greece.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Estimated delivery times are non-binding.

8. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that the product is unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect delivery.

9. Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

10. Liability

We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Liability for minor negligence is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

11. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

13. Online Dispute Resolution

We are not obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
