Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between Medusa Capital OÜ and customers via the Honest & Rare marketplace.

Products
We sell alcoholic beverages and olive oil. Product descriptions, ingredients, and prices are displayed on the respective product pages.
Age Restriction (Alcohol)
The sale of alcoholic beverages is strictly limited to persons who have reached the legal drinking age in their country of residence. By placing an order, the customer confirms compliance with this requirement.
Prices and Payment
All prices are shown including applicable statutory VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout. Payments are processed via the payment methods provided by Honest & Rare.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery areas, shipping costs, and delivery times are specified on the product pages. Delivery is carried out via logistics partners selected by the seller.
Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Medusa Capital OÜ until full payment has been received.
Warranty and Liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. Claims for damages are limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
Applicable Law
Estonian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Medusa Capital OÜ, V. Reimani tn 5a-2, 10124 Tallinn, Estonia, Email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by email).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.
The customer shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Exclusion of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.
We process personal data exclusively in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data such as name, address, email address, and payment information are processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, customer communication, and legal obligations.
Personal data is not disclosed to third parties except where necessary for payment processing, shipping, or where legally required.
