More information about Vera Aperitivø Herbal
Inspired by the Italian culture of aperitivo hour, we have developed our second aperitivo. It's bold and memorable, leaving a long herbal finish and a lighter stomach so you can indulge in your favorite food.
On the nose, you will feel a variety of herbal and floral notes. The middle palette is taken up by the characteristic gentian aroma, accompanied by cloves and sage. It has a balanced taste with strong bitter notes. Thyme and sage leave a long herbal finish.
Without alcohol and artificial flavors. Neat, on the rocks, to enjoy in mixed drinks & cocktails.

Vera Spirits d.o.o.
Vera was a scholar and the wife of a diplomat. She entered the world of refined tastes and flavors at a young age. Her father, a distillery owner, taught her that every flavor has five distinct components: Core, Fresh, Pungent, Spicy and Floral. At some point, she realized it was very similar to the structure of people's personalities. So she started researching the connection between people's characters and their tastes, trying to find out if there was a perfect taste for each type of person. Inspired by Vera's lifelong travels along the Mediterranean coast, chefs and restaurateurs Luka Nagode, Urska Dvoracek and Jerjej Peterlin founded Vera Spirits, a non-alcoholic distillery.
