More information about Vermouth Soberbo
POCAS has revived an old recipe from over 50 years ago. The vermouth comes from white port and white still wine which was flavored with Artemesia and 10 other botanicals. This was followed by aging for 6 months in old port wine barrels, which gives this lovely vermouth its very special note and aroma of dried fruit, prunes and tobacco. The botanicals come exclusively from our own vineyards and no caramel or sugar caramel is added.
