The Villiera Tradition Brut is the first Cap Classique that Villiera has produced. The cuvée of Chardonnay (70%) and Pinot Noir (30%) impresses with its complexity and balance. Fine fruity notes, paired with a crisp acidity and full-bodied yeast notes, make for a wonderful drinking experience. The Villiera Tradition Brut was produced in the traditional way and underwent a second fermentation in the bottle. The fine-sparkling Cap Classique is best served as an aperitif or with light dishes.
