With its bright salmon pink color, this rosé wine immediately brings a summer mood to the glass. The cuvée made from 59% Chardonnay and 41% Pinot Noir is uncomplicated, fruity and wonderfully balanced - just the thing for carefree moments of enjoyment.
"The nose is dominated by ripe raspberry, accompanied by a hint of yellow apple and hints of red cherry compote. A lively aroma of sun-ripened red fruits and quince unfolds on the palate, embedded in a harmonious, elegant structure with a long finish.
The grapes were harvested in the early hours of the morning and processed with particular care. Only the free juice was used for fermentation and then fermented at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks - for a particularly clear and fresh rosé.
Ideal with salmon, avocado, summer starters or canapés - or simply enjoy on its own on the terrace.
