Vitelium virgin hemp oil

Our virgin hemp oil is a true gourmet oil. It not only impresses with its unique nutty taste, but is also considered the queen of edible oils in terms of nutritional physiology: it provides the human metabolism with omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid) and omega-6 (linoleic acid) fatty acids in a perfect composition (in a ratio of approx. 3:1).

In addition, hemp oil is a rare source of the anti-inflammatory gamma-linolenic acid, contains chlorophyll, carotenoids (beta-carotene - the precursor of vitamin A), the antioxidant vitamin E and various highly effective secondary plant substances.

With its high proportion of polyunsaturated fatty acids (75 - 80%), hemp oil makes an important contribution to daily nutrition and health.

In culinary terms, it is excellent for refining salads, raw vegetables and cold dishes. It is also suitable as an additive in smoothies or yogurt. As a pure essence for skin care, it is also soothing and works wonders.

Note: Hemp oil should not be used for frying and should always be stored in a cool, dark place and in the refrigerator after opening.
