Wasabi Farm Poland
We run our wasabi farm as a family business. Surrounded by floodplain forests, we grow ecologically sustainable wasabi of the best quality in southern Mazovia, Poland.
Wasabi is not an easy plant to grow - we realized this back in the spring of 2014 when the story of our farm was taking its course. The plants require special growing parameters. These include a clean air environment and a special soil composition, which we first had to create for the plant. It took three years to optimize the conditions for our wasabi plants - considering the exceptional quality of our rhizomes, it was more than worth it!
