This dry, single-varietal Riesling from Rheinhessen presents itself with the typical mineral, somewhat steely aromas. Thanks to its acidity, it has plenty of power and elegance even without alcohol. It is an excellent accompaniment to seafood and fish, sushi and sashimi.
