The presidential elections are the hottest time of all in the United States The candidates in the running engage in public mud-slinging, talk their heads off in televised debates, indulge in scandal after scandal and embarrass themselves in between with thoughtless posts on social media In 2024, it's that time again and the world is already watching, millions of dollars are flowing into the election campaign and some of the candidates are not known from politics, but from film and television The spectacle entertains the entire planet, not least because the election ultimately has an impact on the whole world
The brewers from three European breweries take a humorous look at the spectacle: Freigeist Bierkultur from Germany, Reservoir Dogs from Slovenia and Sibeeria from the Czech Republic have sat down together for a collaboration and created their very own candidate for the election circus With Weiss President, the international trio is sending a delicious wheat beer into the race, that soothes hot tempers with creamy banana notes and hoppy freshness The brew is cold-hopped with a selection of Slovenian hop varieties and brings a juicy bouquet of oven-fresh banana bread, tangy grapefruit, sweet and sour lemon notes, warm spices and tart herbs to the glass alongside a palatable 5.0% alcohol content
