More information about Windspiel London Dry Gin Distillers Cut 2025

With Distillers Cut 2025, we present our boldest gin creation to date: a limited edition (2,999 bottles) that combines fruity, regional vineyard peaches with the smoky, spicy character of labdanum - the precious resin of cistus. Complemented by 13 selected botanicals, the result is a multi-layered gin - fruity, sweet, spicy and smoky at the same time.

As always, we distil on the basis of our own potato alcohol from the Volcanic Eifel - for the highest quality and aroma density.

The elegant, deep red velvet label with hot-foil embossing also makes this edition a visual highlight.

Wind Chimes Manufacture

Noble pleasure from the land - Windspiel could hardly be better described. The potatoes that make the premium spirits of Windspiel founders Sandra Wimmeler and Denis Lönnendonker so unique are grown in the particularly mineral soil of the Volcanic Eifel. They impress with their down-to-earth attitude, sense of style and sense of tradition. The spirits are handcrafted and sold in small batches. Windspiel is dedicated to Frederick the Great, the discoverer of the potato in Germany and his second passion: the Windspiel dogs.
