BALTACH - Wismarian single malt whisky:
Matured for 3 years in oak casks. Get a bottle of the 9th BALTACH bottling. The bottling took place on December 18, 2018 and is limited to 1,139 bottles. The distillate matured in an ex-bourbon cask and was finished for several months in a 500 l sherry PX cask. Natural color, not chill-filtered.
Alcohol content: 43% vol.

Hinricus Noyte
The Brauhaus am Lohberg in the Hanseatic city of Wismar has existed for around 600 years. Since 2010, spirits have also been produced here. The spirits brand was christened "Hinricus Noyte" in memory of the brewery's first master brewer. The spirits have already received several awards. Some of them are even produced according to recipes hundreds of years old. Today, the range includes whisky, fruit brandies, herbs, gin and a beer brandy made from the brewery's own beer.
