Our family business has been distilling fine curd cheese for connoisseurs for 65 years. This year, we decided to follow the trend and create our own gin. Tradition and a sense of home play an important role for us. As our company is located in the central Wutach Valley, it was therefore given the name "WUTACH". Just like this wild Black Forest water with its natural splendor and unique fauna and flora, our gin is unique with a colorful bouquet of natural flavors, the enjoyment of which creates an image of this beautiful landscape in the mind.
The London Dry Gin is 100% produced by us, distilled in small batches, bottled and labeled by hand. Juniper, lavender, citrus fruits, star anise, cubeb pepper and cinnamon are just some of the 19 botanicals that give our gin its unique taste.
The careful processing of natural ingredients in organic quality, fresh Black Forest spring water and, last but not least, many years of experience in the production of fine spirits make WUTACH gin a harmonious pleasure.
