More information about Allée Bleue Shiraz 2019
The Allée Bleue Shiraz presents itself dark red and intense in the glass and the bouquet also reveals the complexity of the red wine from the very first moment. Notes of cinnamon, chocolate and violets particularly characterize the aroma of the powerful Allée Bleue Shiraz and are accompanied by ripe cherries. The fruity, spicy character of the wine continues on the palate and the silky smooth mouthfeel makes the hearts of red wine lovers beat faster. The Allée Bleue Shiraz was refined with a small proportion of Viognier (8%) and matured for fifteen months in mainly French and some American oak. Spicy dishes with a fruity sauce and dark meat are the perfect combination for this expressive red wine.
