More information about Allée Bleue Chenin Blanc 2020
The intense aroma of tropical fruit makes the Allée Bleue Chenin Blanc an experience for all the senses right from the start. An elegant vanilla note and nutty undertones add even more complexity to the bouquet. On the palate, this rich white wine shows its spirited side and delights with its notes of sun-dried fruit, lemons and nougat. A beautiful minerality ensures the harmonious, perfectly balanced character of the Allée Bleue Chenin Blancs. The white wine was refined with small amounts of Viognier (6%) and Sauvignon Blanc (3%) and matured for six months in oak. Allée Bleue Chenin Blanc is a real treat for the palate on its own, but it also tastes excellent with rich seafood dishes, such as seared tuna with a balsamic reduction or mussels in a creamy white wine sauce.

In 1999, the Dauphin family of German entrepreneurs acquired the ALLÉE BLEUE estate, which at that time was still known as MEERRUST.
