More information about Allée Bleue Chenin Blanc 2020
The intense scent of tropical fruit makes the Allée Bleue Chenin Blanc an experience for all the senses from the start. An elegant vanilla note and nutty undertones add even more complexity to the bouquet. On the palate, the rich white wine shows its spirited side and delights with its notes of sun-dried fruits, lemons and nougat. A beautiful minerality provides the harmoniously perfectly balanced character of the Allée Bleue Chenin Blanc. The white wine was refined with small amounts of Viognier (6%) and Sauvignon Blanc (3%) and aged in oak for six months. The Allée Bleue Chenin Blanc is a real treat on its own, but it also tastes great with rich seafood dishes, for example, seared tuna with a balsamic reduction or mussels in a creamy white wine sauce are a recommended combination with the white wine.

In 1999, the Dauphin family of German entrepreneurs acquired the ALLÉE BLEUE estate, which at that time was still known as MEERRUST. With a lot of pioneering spirit, they revitalized the estate, which was founded in 1690 and has an area of 150 hectares and had not produced a noble drop for over 100 years.
