More information about ANALOG. Mountain IPA
Analog is a collaboration between three brilliant brewers: Andreas Martin from Berlin's Weisse Brauerei Schneeeule, Jann von der Brelie from Weisse Elster Leipzig and Sam Derby decided to join forces in 2020 and enrich the beer world with modern classics Their beers are not only characterized by the noble labels designed by artist David Eberhardt, but also shine with simple elegance, high drinkability and a complex aroma density All brews have simple names that usually only say the beer style and appear in cans in a timeless design
New to the range is the Mountain IPA A can with a minimalist mountain range conceals a juicy combination of American IPA styles: the beer is made with the hops of a classic West Coast IPA, the brewing style is similar to India Pale Ales from the opposite coast The result is a 6.5 % strong beer with moderate bitterness and a lot of character
Thanks to its harmony of fruity, spicy and hoppy notes and the strong bitterness, the IPA from Analog goes perfectly with dishes with cheese We recommend an American classic to go with it: Maccheroni cooked al dente in a creamy sauce of tangy mountain cheese, golden cheddar and velvety fresh goat's cheese Served with a crisp lamb's lettuce salad with pomegranate seeds and onion vinaigrette
