More information about Avocado Cream Liqueur

In what is now Brazil, European conquerors discovered a drink called abacaty among the indigenous people of the Amazon. Abacaty is the Portuguese word for avocado. The drink made with avocados was then turned into advocaat with the addition of cane sugar and rum, which is considered the forerunner of today's eggnog. This drink contained no animal ingredients. The egg liqueur is therefore an imitation of the aboriginal drink, which uses chicken eggs instead of fresh avocados. Now, for the first time, the ancient recipe of the indigenous people of the Amazon has been successfully reproduced and created as a palate-flattering enrichment for today's connoisseurs.

The Abacaty Avocado Cream Liqueur combines the taste of sun-ripened avocados with an exquisite rum note, the finest vegan cream, exotic spices and a hint of fine vanilla.

With the addition of cane sugar and rum, the drink made with avocados then became Advocaat, which is considered the forerunner of today's eggnog. This drink did not contain any animal ingredients. Thus, eggnog is an imitation of the aboriginal drink, which uses chicken eggs...
