The Bartinney Hourglass Chardonnay shows its richness right from the start: aromas of ripe yellow fruit are accompanied by nuances of roasted cashew nuts. The eleven-month maturation in oak gives the complex white wine rich notes of crème brûlée and brioche. The fruity aromas are beautifully balanced with the creamy, long-lasting finish. This makes the Bartinney Hourglass Chardonnay a highlight in a glass of white wine on its own, but it is also an excellent accompaniment to dishes with seafood or salmon. The name "Hourglass" is a reminder that the right timing is important when making wine in order to create a harmoniously composed wine.
