More information about 2023 Cantosan
Wonderful straw yellow with green highlights, very fine, almost steely aromas of green apples, some grapefruit and lemon, but also hay and lychees, very complex. The acidity is well balanced with fruit, a full-bodied wine with great balance, long finish, ending with a light pleasant bitter note typical of Verdejo.
Situated on the same high plateau as the Ribera del Duero, Rueda is the most promising and versatile white wine region in Spain. The Verdejo grape is grown here first and foremost, followed by Sauvignon blanc, with great success.

Bodegas Grupo Yllera
The current owners are the 6th generation Yllera family together with the oenologist Ramón Martinez. The winery is located in the middle of the region and is divided into production and an old historic building used exclusively for storage and cultural purposes. This building dates back to the XIV century and has about 1 km of tunnels and passages that are 20 meters deep. The brand "Yllera" has almost cult status in Spain and is one of the most famous wines of the country.
