Our cherry brandy is a cuvée of different cherry varieties.
On the one hand, we use the typical Black Forest Dolleseppler variety and, on the other, a local variety that gives off an excellent flavor when distilled.
After distilling, we mix the two varieties in a 3:1 ratio to obtain a fine cherry flavor.
