A pure fruit spirit with no artificial additives, but fruity and sweet with a smooth fullness. Thanks to the use of fully aromatic raspberries and the production by double maceration and distillation of the fruit in the aroma basket, the opulent fruity raspberry aroma that makes our raspberry schnapps so beguiling is created.

Processing of the ingredients:
Fully aromatic fruit is prepared/macerated with neutral alcohol that has been carefully distilled beforehand. After a few days, the mixture is then distilled. The resulting distillate is then prepared again with added neutral alcohol and fresh raspberries. After a few days, the batch is distilled again

Gentle double distillation of the batch, with additional fruit added during distillation in the aroma basket
