Our Willi is distilled from fully ripe, highly aromatic Williams Christ pears. The pears are sorted by hand and the stems and cores are removed in a straining machine, leaving the pure fruit pulp.
By slowly distilling the pears, we obtain the typical Williams taste that is appreciated by so many.
