Unsere Destillerie liegt malerisch eingebettet zwischen Getreidefeldern und Wiesen oberhalb des Nistertales und bietet den perfekten Ort, um einen Edelbrand zu genießen. Als klassische "Working Distillery" legen wir auf dem Birkenhof in allen Bereichen selbst Hand an. Hier entstehen in der großen 1.400-Liter-Destille die nächste Generation der Fading Hill Whiskys und edle Brände aus Wahlschen Schnapsbirnen. In unserer Schatzkammer, dem Warehouse, lagern über 700 Fässer die nur darauf warten, abgefüllt zu werden. Hier treffen Geduld und Handwerkskunst aufeinander.
