The Black Tomato Gin comes from a small fishing village called Bruinisse. The gin is made from black tomatoes and is 100% vegetarian.
The water used for the production comes from the largest national park in Holland's Oosterschelde. The tomatoes used come from Italy and Sicily. They are picked by hand and crushed before being macerated.
In Black Tomato, the juniper is deliberately pushed into the background to emphasize the tomato.

Black Tomato Gin comes from Dutch soil, made from organic black tomatoes from Sicily. A gin with a unique taste! A product that complements any range. The gin has a clear tomato nose and a nice, full, soft and round palette. The tomatoes are macerated and the liquid is distilled in a kuper still. The dark pigments are called anthocyanins, a type of phytonutrient or plant compound praised for its potential benefits in fighting disease.
