Blacks Irish Gin - A modern Irish gin with a unique blend of citrus and spices with a hint of wild Atlantic botanicals. With freshly cut citrus peel, hand-pressed juniper berries and evaporated Irish heather flowers picked locally on the Wild Atlantic Way. Clean, crisp, complex and balanced, an aromatic taste experience with a smooth finish.

We live the dream since 2013! Born out of passion by husband and wife team Sam & Maudeline Black. What started as a hobby after Sam received a home brew kit as a Valentine's Day gift from Maudeline many years ago, quickly became an obsession and a burning desire to experiment and create. We have a seven strong core lineup, but are constantly creating new recipes and whimsical flavor combinations, releasing between 6 and 10 experimental beers per year.
