More information about Blacks Irish Gin
Blacks Irish Gin - A modern Irish gin with a unique blend of citrus and spices with a hint of wild Atlantic botanicals. Featuring fresh cut citrus peel, hand pressed juniper berries and vaporized Irish heather flowers picked on site along the Wild Atlantic Way. Clean, crisp, complex and balanced, this is an aromatic taste experience with a smooth finish.
Overall, Blacks Irish Gin is a simple yet balanced gin. You will enjoy an aromatic taste experience with a smooth finish - typically Irish. Its distinct flavor can also enhance any cocktail. So if it's a classic G&T, mix it the Blacks way. That's one part Blacks Irish Gin on ice, to three parts premium tonic. For garnish, we recommend a nice ripe slice of pink grapefruit.
Whatever you prefer, enjoy it with care and love, as we did when we created it.

We have a seven strong core lineup, but are constantly creating new recipes and whimsical flavor combinations, releasing between 6 and 10 experimental beers per year. In 2015, we expanded and added our state-of-the-art distillery, where we produce a range of boutique spirits including gin, rum and whiskey. This cross between brewery and distillery is unique in Ireland and gives us the opportunity to age our beers in...
