Surprisingly different is this apple liqueur - full flavor and not at all sticky sweet. At Blomendahl, only the finest natural ingredients are used. In this case, sun-ripened apples from South Africa's orchard - the Elgin. The sweetness of the liqueur comes exclusively from the apples. No sugar was added. The grape base consists of wines distilled up to 6 times. The Blomendahl Apple also tasted so good to the jury that they awarded it with the Michelangelo Gold Medal.
This liqueur is very versatile: as a refreshing long drink with tonic and ice, or with ginger ale, super tasty but also pure or over vanilla ice cream.
